According to Zhitong Finance App News, Huaxia Culture Technology (01566) issued an announcement to issue 530.8 million subscription shares on August 14, 2026, under special authorization when the share subscription matters are completed; and 59 million planned shares will be issued under special authorization when the creditor plan comes into effect.
