On August 14, the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau revealed that after investigation, Hengqin Chuangmeng Ruitong Investment Management Co., Ltd. committed the following irregularities in carrying out private equity fund management business: first, it did not have operating capital appropriate to the scale of management; second, it failed to submit real employee and office information to the China Securities Fund Industry Association, and did not correctly disclose the fair value of the fund's foreign investment in the audit reports, regular reports and financial reports of its funds submitted to the China Foundation Association. The Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to order corrections against the company, and requested that the company should pay great attention, take effective measures, rectify existing problems, hold those responsible to account, and submit a written rectification report to the supervisory authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of the decision.
