The “Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Commercial Aerospace in Jiangsu Province” was issued. Among them, it is mentioned that breaking through high capacity and key technology for rockets that can be reused. Support key enterprises to develop advanced liquid oxygen/kerosene and liquid oxygen/methane rocket engines, improve rocket carrying capacity, carry out tests and verification of rocket launch and recycling technology, accelerate technology iteration and maturity; and enhance autonomous support capabilities for key components and materials. Support core technical research such as rocket structural subsystems, propulsion subsystems, and control subsystems, promote the improvement of basic capabilities such as sensing components and high-performance composites; and strengthen capacity building for launch recovery and verification. Support cooperation between regions in a position to do so and existing domestic launch sites, promote the development of mobile maritime launch equipment, and enhance maritime launch service support capabilities.
