According to the news, on August 13, Cloud Factory announced that the Group expects to obtain profit attributable to company owners of about RMB 24 million to RMB 26 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (reporting period), while profit attributable to company owners is RMB 14.7 million in the same period in 2025. The significant increase in expected profit is mainly due to the successful expansion of the intelligent computing business (including providing intelligent computing services and selling computing equipment) and the continued growth of edge computing services during the reporting period.

It is worth mentioning that the Mu Xi Co., Ltd. Yangtze River Delta Ecological Innovation Center and domestic computing power cluster project, which was previously under the leadership of Wuxi Yunzhan Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yungongchang, was officially signed and implemented in Wuxi. In order to further strengthen the technical strength of the project, Yungongchang and Mu Xi Co., Ltd. reached an in-depth cooperation to form a complementary model of “Cloud Factory Technology-led Operation+Mu Xi's Technical Support”.
