According to China Railway Construction's official account, recently, China Railway Construction and the Romanian Oltenia Energy Group consortium officially signed a commercial contract, marking the full implementation of the EPC and operation and maintenance projects for four photovoltaic power plants in Gorj County, Romania. The project is located in Gorj County in southwestern Romania. The biggest highlight is “recycling old thermal power sites into new energy” — all four photovoltaic power plants were located in the original ash yards of the owners' two thermal power plants to achieve the transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial sites into green energy bases.
