Yimei International Holdings (01870) Chinese stock abbreviation changed to “Green Power Group”

After shareholders' approval of the proposed change of the company name, the Cayman Islands Company Registration Office issued a name change registration certificate on June 23, 2026 to prove that the company's English name was changed from “Acme International Holdings Limited” to “Green Power Group Limited”, and that the company's Chinese dual foreign language name was changed from “Yimei International Holdings Limited” to “Green Power Energy Group Co., Ltd.” The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration for a change of name for a registered non-Hong Kong company on July 14, 2026, confirming that the Company's new English name “Green Power Group Limited” and the Chinese name “Green Power Group Limited” have been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

After the proposed change in the company name comes into effect, the shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange according to the new English stock abbreviation “GREEN POWER GP” and the Chinese stock abbreviation “Green Power Group”, while the existing English stock abbreviation “ACME INTL HLDGS” and the Chinese stock abbreviation “Yimei International Holdings” will no longer be used and will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026. The Company's stock code “1870” remains unchanged.
