Glarner Kantonalbank Logs Growth in H1 Profit, Net Interest Result

01:19 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Glarner Kantonalbank (GLKBN.SW) said Thursday that its profit and net interest result for the first half of 2026 increased year over year. Profit for the six months ended June 30 was 13.2 million francs, compared with 9.4 million francs earlier. The Swiss cantonal bank's net interest result was 36.6 million francs, compared with 29.5 million francs a year ago.
