Oxbow Development Group submitted plans to the city for 10 new retail buildings on either side of Avenue A. Along with completely new builds, the firm is seeking permission to demolish a vacant industrial building at 250 E. Grayson St.,.

The new structures will add 85,000 square feet of space to the complex. The development is being led in a partnership between Oxbow and 3-O Real Estate Partners.

The San Antonio Business Journal reports the joint venture is aiming for a mix of local, regional, national and global tenants that are a good fit for Pearl.

Alamo Architects and Don B. McDonald Architects are designing the project.

Oxbow plans to break ground in early 2027, expecting to finish construction in late 2028.

Pearl Brewery Redevelopment features the transformational adaptive reuse of a 21-acre 1900s brewery into a mixed-use village.
