Emaar Properties Posts Higher H1 Net Profit, Revenue

01:31 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Emaar Properties (DFM:EMAAR) said Friday its net profit and revenue for the first half grew year over year. Net profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 8.67 billion Emirati dirhams, compared with 7.08 billion dirhams a year ago. EPS moved to 0.98 dirham from 0.80 dirham. The Dubai-listed real estate developer's revenue was 23.91 billion dirhams, compared with 19.83 billion dirhams a year ago.
