On August 6, in response to the floods and relief needs in Heilongjiang, Shaanxi and other places, the Chinese Red Cross Society launched a four-level emergency response, dispatching 9,000 pieces of relief supplies such as family kits, jackets, towel quilts, and quilts to affected areas in Heilongjiang, and 5,000 pieces of relief supplies such as towel quilts and jackets to the affected areas in Shaanxi to support the relocation, resettlement and livelihood security work of the affected people.
