Beijer Ref Closes on New Zealand's Refspecs

03:22 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beijer Ref (BEIJ-B.ST) completed the acquisition of New Zealand-based heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration wholesaler Refspecs. Refspecs will continue to operate under its existing brand, the Swedish refrigeration and climate control group said Thursday. The deal was originally announced in December 2025.
