Shawbrook Group Reports Higher H1 Profit, Net Operating Income

02:20 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shawbrook Group (SHAW.L) reported Wednesday that its profit and net operating income in the first half of 2026 increased year over year. Profit after tax for the six months ended June 30 was 146.2 million pounds sterling, compared with 119.5 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.251 pound from 0.221 pound. The British specialist bank's net operating income was 387.2 million pounds, compared with 335.5 million pounds a year ago. Looking ahead, the group maintained its guidance for full-year 2026 and the medium term, including mid-term expectations for mid-high-teen growth for underlying pretax profit.
