RIKU (00746) will forfeit unclaimed dividends

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Science and Technology (00746) issued an announcement. According to section 143 of the Memorandum of Association of Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company) (as amended and rearranged from time to time), any dividend not received after six years from the date of dividend declaration may be forfeited and transferred to the Company. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby informs the Company's shareholders that the 2019 final dividend and 2020 interim dividend not received on September 5, 2026 will be forfeited and transferred to the Company.
