After Ms. Ouji was transferred, she no longer served as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, but remained a member of the Nomination Committee; 2. Mr. Ko Tada was appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively; and 3.
