Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Awards Contract for Saudi Residential Project

09:56 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate (SASE:9648) awarded Abaad Almamar Contracting Co. a 19.8 million-Saudi-riyal contract for its HS Residences 2 project in the Al-Arid District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The agreement includes the construction of 60 residential units across 6,030 square meters, the real estate company said in a Tuesday filing. Signing of the final contract is scheduled for Sept. 6.
