Bee Helper (301382.SZ) subsidiary signs 3,062 billion yuan computing power server purchase agreement and 4.608 billion yuan computing power service contract

Zhitong Finance App News, Bee Assistant (301382.SZ) issued an announcement. Ya'an Cloud Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (“Ya'an Cloud Computing”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Company A signed a “Computing Power Server Purchase Agreement” in accordance with the principles of equal voluntarism, fairness and honesty. Company A will provide computing power servers and networking equipment to Ya'an Cloud Computing in accordance with Ya'an Cloud Computing requirements, networking equipment information and network equipment payment parties signed a separate supplementary agreement to make detailed agreements. According to Ya'an Cloud Computing requirements, Company A will deliver all products in batches, with a total agreement amount of about 3,062 billion yuan (tax included).

Ya'an Cloud Computing and Company B signed a “Computing Power Service Contract” based on the principles of complementary advantages and honesty and credit. Ya'an Cloud Computing will provide computing power services to Company B in accordance with Company B's requirements, including computing power resource services such as server hardware, supporting cabinets, storage resources, network services (including 4G of China Mobile's public network bandwidth, excluding dedicated lines), and corresponding supporting technical support services provided by Ya'an Cloud Computing to ensure that Company B can use computing power services smoothly. Ya'an Cloud Computing will deliver computing power services in batches. The total contract amount is 4.608 billion yuan (tax included). The cooperation period is 60 months from August 5, 2026 to August 4, 2031. The service period for each batch is 60 months, calculated from the billing start date of the batch service. The billing start date is based on the time specified in the “Billing Confirmation Form”. If the expiration date of the contract is earlier than the expiration date of the last batch of service, the validity period of the contract is postponed until the last batch of service period expires and all rights and obligations of the parties to the contract have been fulfilled. After the service period agreed in the contract expires, the company can continue to operate the server to generate operating benefits.

Cloud terminals and cloud computing power are the company's core business.
