Sobi Price Target Down as Berenberg Addresses 'Three Largest Threats' Amid CEO's Planned Exit

09:15 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg trimmed its price target for Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (SOBI.ST), or Sobi, as analysts noted the three "largest threats" facing the company amid the planned departure of Chief Executive Officer Guido Oelkers. "We take this opportunity to address the three largest threats facing Sobi: 1) Doptelet erosion, 2) Roche's next-generation haemophilia candidate, and 3) Tryngolza competition. ... We trim our price target to SEK560 as we prudently model -5% Altuvoct erosion pa beyond 2031 to reflect competitive risk," analysts said Tuesday. Previously, the price target was 575 kronor. Subsequently, the research firm revised its EBITA and EPS projections for the biopharmaceutical company from 2026 through 2028, with the 2026 estimates nudged up, while those for 2027 and 2028 were trimmed. Sales forecasts for 2026 and 2027 were also raised, while that of the following year was trimmed. The stock's buy rating was kept.
