Bridgepoint Direct Lending IV Closes at EUR5.1 Billion

08:26 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bridgepoint Group (BPT.L) closed fundraising for its fourth direct lending vintage, Bridgepoint Direct Lending IV, or BDL IV, according to a Monday release. The mid-market investor's BDL IV secured total capital commitments of 5.1 billion euros, "well ahead" of its initial 4 billion-euro target. Following the final close, BDL IV is now already 40% invested.
