China Hongguang (08646): Guangdong Longguang completed the TGV glass-based copper clad plate manufacturing process enterprise standard registration

Zhitong Finance App News, China Hongguang (08646) announced that Guangdong Longguang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Longguang), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, took the lead in preparing the “A TGV Glass-based Copper Plate Manufacturing Process” enterprise standard (standard number: Q/LG 001-2026) as the standard drafting unit, and has completed the enterprise standard information public service platform filing program. The standard was released on July 1, 2022, and is scheduled to be officially implemented on July 1, 2026.

This standard was proposed by Guangdong Longguang and is responsible for drafting and interpretation. The main author is Jiyong Li. The standard text covers product structure, material composition, preparation process and inspection specifications, and is suitable for high-end application scenarios such as high-frequency millimeter wave communication, advanced chip packaging, and automotive electronics.

TGV glass-based copper clad laminate (GCC) covered by this standard is a key material for next-generation high-frequency high-speed electronic substrates. The main downstream applications include:

1. Vehicle millimeter wave radar: adapts to the 77GHz band to meet the strict requirements of autonomous driving systems for low loss and low expansion substrates;

2. 6G phased array antenna: ultra-low dielectric loss supports low attenuation transmission of millimeter wave signals;

3. Chiplet/2.5D/3D package: low CTE characteristics match the thermal expansion curve of silicon wafers to reduce the risk of package warping;

4. CPO (Co-packaged Optics): Provides high-frequency substrate solutions for optoelectronic co-packaged modules.

The board of directors believes that the completion of this corporate standard filing indicates that Guangdong Longguang has established an independent intellectual property rights system and process specifications that can be mass-produced in the field of TGV glass-based copper sheets, which helps:
