Recently, the company's subsidiary Tangshan Dajin Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a contract with a Norwegian shipowner to build 2 bulk carriers. The company will design, build, and deliver 211,000 DWT (heavy duty ton) bulk carriers to the aforementioned shipowners. Each ship has a total length of about 299.95 meters, a width of about 50 meters, and a depth of about 25 meters. The total amount of the above ship construction contract is equivalent to about RMB 1 billion and will be delivered in batches in 2029. The signing of the above contract indicates that the company's shipbuilding capacity has been widely recognized by leading international shipowners, and the execution of the above contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future business performance.
