Shenghe Bio-B (02898) appoints Zheng Zheng Risk Management Consulting Service as an independent internal control consultant

On August 4, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the company appointed Zheng Zheng Risk Management Consulting Service Co., Ltd. as an independent internal control consultant to conduct an independent internal control review. The recommendations for an independent internal control review are carried out in three main stages: (i) an initial assessment to understand the Group's existing internal control framework; (ii) an in-depth review to identify monitoring deficiencies and recommend remedial measures; and (iii) a follow-up review to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented remedial measures. The independent internal control review will cover all key areas of the Group's internal control systems, including financial reporting, procurement, sales, cash management, prepayment management, R&D, outsourcing, contract management, compliance with listing rules, and other major operating and governance processes.
