(605287.SH) disclosed the 2026 Stock Options and Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (draft), which plans to grant 21 incentive recipients a total of 1.4 million shares. The underlying stock types involved are RMB A-share common shares, accounting for about 1% of the company's total share capital on the day the draft incentive plan was announced. Among them, it is proposed to grant 980,000 stock options to the incentive target, 420,000 restricted shares to the incentive target.
