Broadridge Financial Announces New $1.5B Stock Buyback Program

This authorization replaces the 3.5 million shares remaining under the existing Board repurchase authorization. The share repurchase program has no expiration date and may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of the Board.
