Zhongfu Industrial announced that Gongyi HSBC, a wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary of the company, plans to acquire the production capacity index of Gongyi Xinge's 200,000 tons of recycled aluminum water project and part of the assets of the 100,000 tons of recycled aluminum water project, with a transaction price of 33.2057 million yuan including tax. After the acquisition is completed, Gongyi HSBC plans to invest in the construction of a “project asset upgrade project” and a “new project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of recycled aluminum water”, respectively.
