Morgan Stanley Expects Infineon's Fiscal Q3 to Match Guidance

The company, which is rated overweight and scheduled to release its results Wednesday, should benefit from order book momentum resiliency and a modest industrial recovery profile improvement, among others. "We also expect distribution channel inventory normalisation to support automotive sales through FY26, while pricing continues to firm, particularly in microcontrollers. We continue to like the long-term story and agree that data centre guidance is too conservative, however we expect little surprise this quarter," the analysts wrote.
