According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chi Fu Industrial Trust (00778) announced its 2026 interim results, achieving revenue of approximately HK$821 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%; net property revenue of approximately HK$584 million, a year-on-year decrease of 4.6%; profit after tax was approximately HK$417 million, turning a year-on-year loss into a profit; the revenue available for distribution fell 4.1% year-on-year to approximately HK$362 million, with each fund unit distributed 17.5 cents, a year-on-year decrease of 4.9%.
