Atenor Sells Mixed-use Development in Hungary to Wing

05:04 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atenor (ATEB.BR) subsidiaries in Hungary sold the Olympia mixed-use complex in Budapest to Central European property developer Wing. The transaction covered a 41%-let building with 23,515 square meters of office space, another building in shell condition with 18,341 square meters of office space, and approvals for the development of another 32,293 square meters of office space on the site, according to a release dated late Monday and published Tuesday on Euronext Brussels. The mixed-use urban project developer said the divestment helped lower its net financial debt to 38 million euros.
