NCC Books SEK190 Million Deal to Build Substation in Denmark

03:43 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC (NCC-A.ST) secured a contract worth 190 million kronor from Danish state-owned energy company Energinet to build a high-voltage substation in Ringsbjerg, Denmark. The Swedish construction company will build a 400-kilovolt air-insulated switchgear substation in Ringsbjerg and expand a substation at Bjäverskov, Denmark, according to a Tuesday release. Work will begin after summer, with the Ringsbjerg substation expected to be commissioned in 2029.
