Currently, 16 rivers across the country are still above alert, and parts of western Yunnan need to prevent flash floods. As of 9:00 today, 16 rivers in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places are still overwarning; among them, the Hulan River in Heilongjiang Province remains overinsured. According to forecasts, from August 4 to 6, due to rainfall and upstream incoming water, numbered floods will occur in Heilongjiang; super-alert floods may occur in small to medium rivers in the torrential rain area, such as the Ash River, a tributary of the Han River in Shaanxi, and the Heixi River, a tributary of the Wujiang River in Chongqing. From 8 a.m. on August 4 to 8 p.m. on August 5, flash floods are likely to occur in parts of western Yunnan. The Ministry of Water Resources issued a meteorological warning for the orange flash flood disaster at 8 o'clock today, reminding the public in regions affected by torrential rain and floods to take precautions.
