ConvaTec Group Posts Lower H1 Net Profit; Revenue Up

02:23 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ConvaTec Group (CTEC.L) said Tuesday that its attributable net profit for the first half fell, while revenue rose year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was $54 million, compared with $105 million earlier. EPS moved to $0.027 from $0.051. On the other hand, adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders was $167 million and adjusted EPS was $0.085, compared with the year-ago period's $165 million and $0.08, respectively. The medical products and technologies company's revenue was $1.23 billion, compared with $1.18 billion a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed a dividend of $0.02166 per share for the interim period, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders on record Aug. 21. It paid $0.01877 per share in the year-ago period. For 2026, ConvaTec narrowed its group organic revenue growth range ex-InnovaMatrix to between 5.5% and 6.5% from the previous range of between 5% and 7%. Organic revenue growth for the second half is expected to be between 6% and 8%. The guidance for double-digit adjusted EPS growth remains unchanged.
