According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ruian Real Estate (00272) issued an announcement. As of the expiration date (ending at 5:00 p.m. on August 3, 2026 (i.e. 11:00 p.m. on August 3, 2026, Hong Kong time), note holders holding US$429 million notes (accounting for about 95.44% of the total principal amount of unissued notes) have submitted valid consent to the issuer.
