The international standard “WitsNet Industrial Ethernet Communication Protocol”, prepared with the joint participation of experts from many countries led by China, was recently released through the International Electrotechnical Commission, marking that China's independent industrial network technology solutions have been widely recognized by the global industry. This protocol is the world's first industrial communication protocol that uses a dynamic organizational network architecture to achieve device synchronization accuracy of less than 10 nanoseconds and highly reliable transmission from end to end throughout the network. High-end automated production lines have strict requirements for synchronization accuracy and operation stability. Huizhi synchronous networks accurately overcome industry pain points, greatly reduce data forwarding delays, shorten communication cycles, and meet the real-time control requirements of high-speed machinery and precision processing; multi-device synchronization accuracy is 5 to 10 times higher than existing mainstream solutions, and is suitable for high-precision production scenarios such as multi-robotic collaborative assembly. With fast response and ultra-high timing synchronization capability, it can effectively improve factory production efficiency, stabilize product process quality, and ensure continuous and stable production for 7 x 24 hours. The release of this standard will establish a global open framework, break down barriers to the interoperability of different devices, and reduce the cost of enterprise transformation and docking. It will not only consolidate China's underlying intelligent manufacturing capabilities, but also play an important role in unifying global industrial technical specifications, lowering the threshold of collaboration, and accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.
