Deyaar Development Posts Higher H1 Profit, Revenue

11:19 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deyaar Development (DFM:DEYAAR) said Monday its profit and revenue for the first half increased year over year. Profit after tax attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 276.6 million Emirati dirhams, compared with 251 million dirhams earlier. EPS moved to 0.0632 dirham from 0.0574 dirham. The Dubai-listed real estate company's revenue was 952.6 million dirhams, compared with 925.4 million dirhams a year ago.
