According to Zhitong Finance App, Langzi Co., Ltd. (002612.SZ) disclosed the fourth phase of the employee stock ownership plan (draft). The total number of employees participating in the employee shareholding plan was no more than 9.42 million company shares to be sold by the third phase of the company's employee shareholding plan through a secondary market bulk transaction, accounting for 2.13% of the company's total share capital on the day the draft employee shareholding plan was announced.
