View United Launches New Tranche Offerings of SAR10 Million Sukuk Program

09:51 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- View United Real Estate Development (SASE:9591) launched the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth tranches of its 10 million-Saudi-riyal sukuk offering on Monday, according to a same-day release. The four tranches will have a value of 1 million riyals each, with the offering period to run until Sept. 19. The minimum subscription, offer price, and par value will be 1,000 riyals per sukuk, the property company added. The program was announced June and the first two tranches were launched July 27.
