Croma Security Solutions Closes GBP2 Million Acquisition of Added Security Technology

04:49 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Croma Security Solutions Group (CSSG.L) concluded its acquisition of UK-based intercom and door entry systems company Added Security Technology. The London-listed security systems company said Monday it bought Added Security Technology for a total of 1.7 million pounds sterling, which will be settled in cash and shares. The deal includes a deferred payment of up to 50,000 pounds, subject to the collection of particular trade debtors within six months of the deal's closure, Croma added.
