According to Zhitong Finance App News, Ruqi Travel (09680) announced that it is expected that the Group (i) will obtain comprehensive revenue of not less than RMB 3.9 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, a significant increase of not less than RMB 2,224 billion over the six months ended June 30, 2025, an increase of not less than 132.6%; and (ii) the net comprehensive loss due to shareholders who will have obtained the company's equity for the six months ended June 30, 2025 is not more than RMB 75 million, which is a significant loss over the six months ended June 30, 2025 The reduction was not less than RMB 50 million, or not less than 40.0%.

According to information currently available to the board of directors, the increase in the Group's revenue is mainly due to the following factors: (1) during the reporting period, the Group's travel services division saw a significant increase in online car-hailing service orders, leading to an increase in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2025; and (2) during the reporting period, the Group increased sales and marketing efforts of its technical services, which led to an increase in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2025.

According to the information currently available to the board of directors, the reduction in the Group's losses due to the following factors: (1) during the reporting period, the operating efficiency of online car-hailing services in the Group's travel service division improved and the cost structure was optimized, leading to a continuous increase in gross profit over the six months ended June 30, 2025; and (2) during the reporting period, the Group's technical services business volume increased, leading to a corresponding increase in gross profit compared to the six months ended June 30, 2025.
