In order to implement the “Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out Zero Carbon Factory Construction Work”, interpret the relevant requirements of the “Notice on Organizing the Construction of National Zero Carbon Factories”, and organize all regions to complete the declaration and construction of national zero-carbon factories and zero-carbon computing power facilities, on July 31, 2026, the Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a national zero-carbon factory construction work symposium in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Relevant responsible comrades from the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization, comrades in charge of the zero-carbon plant construction work of provincial industrial and information technology departments, and relevant industry associations and research institutes attended the conference.
