The 120 million-Saudi-riyal transaction, which boosts its European air cargo handling footprint, was completed after finalizing its requirements, such as securing regulatory clearances, according to a Sunday release. The Saudi logistics company incorporated the acquired company into its Amsterdam-based SAL International Ground Handling unit.
