Mr. Lin Chengda has resigned as executive director, chairman of the board of directors and CEO of the company, authorized representative of the company under the GEM Listing Rules and authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws); 3. Mr. Ho Ka-ming has resigned as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee; 4. Ms. Su Shuyun Has resigned as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee;

Mr. Chen Minghui will be appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Company, and Authorized Representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws); 6. Mr. Meng Lei and Mr. Yan Yanchun will be appointed as non-executive directors; 7. Mr. Wang Xinguo will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee; 8.
