The first half of 2026 will continue to cultivate in core business areas such as sewage treatment, water supply, and reclaimed water, and achieve many key developments such as formal delivery of mergers and acquisitions, commissioned operation projects, and commissioning. The details are as follows:

The merger and acquisition project officially delivered 4 projects: 2 projects in Dalian City, Liaoning Province (total 60,000 tons/day), and 2 projects in Anshan City, Liaoning Province (total 230,000 tons/day).

Commissioned operation projects: 1 additional industrial wastewater project in Shanghai (12,000 tons/day), won the bid for 1 ecological park sewage treatment plant project in Zhejiang Province (70,000 tons/day), and 1 renovation and expansion project in Fujian Province (previously 25,000 tons/day raised to 32,500 tons/day).

Upgrading/expansion projects: One sewage expansion project in Shandong Province was successfully put into operation (30,000 tons/day), and two upgrading and renovation projects in Jiangsu Province were put into operation (45,000 tons/day).

The above projects push the Group to further expand its market layout and expand its operating scale, reflecting the Group's continued deep cultivation in the fields of sewage treatment, water supply, etc., and helping to consolidate its position in the first tier of the water and environmental protection industry in China.
