Guoxia Technology (02655): Huaan Securities (Hong Kong) Finance has been appointed as a new compliance advisor

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Guoxia Technology (02655) issued an announcement. Due to major personnel changes in China Everbright Finance Co., Ltd. (Everbright Finance), the Company and Everbright Finance mutually agreed to terminate the compliance advisory agreement between the two parties dated April 24, 2025, which will take effect (termination) from July 31, 2026.

In accordance with section 3A.27 of the listing rules, Huaan Securities (Hong Kong) Finance Limited (new advisor) has been appointed as the Company's new compliance advisor with effect from July 31, 2026 until the relevant compliance advisory agreement between the Company and the new adviser is terminated in accordance with its terms.
