Columbia Financial Initiates Quarterly Dividend Of $0.05 Per Share

Columbia Financial, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:CLBK), the holding company for Columbia Bank ("Columbia"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on August 26, 2026, to stockholders of record as of August 12, 2026.
