12:32 PM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- E.ON (EOAN.F) is on track to deliver its full-year 2026 guidance, with Barclays expecting the company to report a "solid" print when it releases its first-half results on Aug. 12. The German energy company's adjusted EBITDA is projected to reach 5.38 billion euros in the first six months of the year, while adjusted net income is forecast to come in at 1.90 billion euros, according to a Wednesday note. "We expect investors to see a solid 1H26 as further evidence of delivery against 2026 guidance and a possible indication that, as in prior years, the initial current-year guide may ultimately prove slightly conservative. This should be reinforced by the benefit from continued growth capex, which we expect to become more visible in 2H26," the research firm wrote. "We continue to view E.ON as a high-quality regulated utilities story within European Utilities, underpinned by significant prospective RAB growth." The stock is rated equal weight, with a price target of 19 euros.
