The company's shareholders deposited 2.7 million shares in Junda Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 6.95%.

According to the results of Jinli Group for the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group achieved revenue of HK$334 million, an increase of 4.96% over the previous year; profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company was HK$326,000, while a loss of HK$6.372 million was recorded in the same period last year; and a profit of HK1.08 cents per share.
