11:36 PM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Leonardo's (LDO.MI) US subsidiary Leonardo DRS agreed to buy open-architecture mission software provider Raft in a deal valued at $450 million. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions, with closing expected in the fourth quarter, according to a Tuesday release. Leonardo DRS intends to fund the acquisition using cash on hand and its revolving credit facility. The aerospace and defense company owns a 71.38% stake in US-listed Leonardo DRS.
