ASM International Reports Higher H1 Net Earnings, Revenue

11:12 PM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ASM International (ASM.AS) said Tuesday its net earnings and revenue for the first half increased year over year. Net earnings from operations attributable to common shareholders for the six months ended June 30 were 523.9 million euros, compared with 173.5 million euros earlier. EPS moved to 10.66 euros from 3.51 euros. The Dutch semiconductor wafer processing company's revenue was 1.87 billion euros, compared with 1.67 billion euros a year ago. Looking ahead, the company expects revenue of 1.10 billion euros, plus or minus 5%, in the third quarter. Meanwhile, revenue growth of more than 20% is projected in the second half, compared with the first half. Both revenue forecasts are at constant currency. For full-year 2027, ASM anticipates revenue to surpass the top end of its target range of 3.7 billion euros to 4.6 billion euros.
