Finma initiated enforcement proceedings after the insurer's Swiss unit sold policies to local clients at prices below the approved rates, according to Greco. The CEO added that the unit is only allowed to serve existing customers while the investigation is underway, noting that the ban will not affect the group's bottom line given the unit's annual profit of 20 million francs.
