Nama Chemicals Flags Delay in H1 Report Release

09:22 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nama Chemicals (SASE:2210) said Tuesday it is unable to publish its financial report for the first half within the deadline. The Saudi Arabian chemical manufacturer noted that the delay is caused by the incomplete review of the consolidated annual financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, and financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2026. It plans to appoint an external auditor during its general assembly. Nama Chemicals said that procedures for trading suspension will be applied in accordance with listing rules.
