Zhongwei Smart Code (08041) establishes a new wholly-owned domestic subsidiary “Shanghai Qiantu”

(the Company, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”) is pleased to announce that it has established a new wholly-owned domestic subsidiary, Shanghai Zhimao Qiantu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Qiantu), as the dedicated operating entity for the Group's cross-border e-commerce business. Shanghai Qiantu will be responsible for the commercialization of the Group's core micrographic coding technology, and will be independently responsible for the construction and operation of the cross-border e-commerce platform “Smart Code Mall”.

The establishment of Shanghai Qiantu is a key step in the industrialization of micro-dot coding technology by entering the field of cross-border e-commerce, laying a solid foundation for the Group's future growth.
